This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to the manner in which we, CYE ("CYE", "we", "us" or "our"), process Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with the "CYE App" — a technological application developed and operated by us (the "App") for therapists at clinics and medical or therapeutic institutions (the "Ordering Entity"), for the purpose of receiving treatment from the Ordering Entity.
The App may be available for download (for example, through app stores); however, use of and access to it are subject to an invitation or other authorization from the Ordering Entity, and may be restricted or suspended in accordance with the Ordering Entity's instructions. The information is collected and stored by CYE for and on behalf of the Ordering Entity only, which is the database owner/controller of the information under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Protection of Privacy Law"). CYE serves only as a processor of the information and processes it in accordance with the Ordering Entity's instructions and for the purposes determined by the Ordering Entity.
To the extent that the App is used for and/or as part of the treatment of a minor, use of the App is conditional upon the prior execution, by the minor's parent or legal guardian, of a consent form vis-à-vis the Ordering Entity. You, as the parent or legal guardian of a minor, confirm that you are providing the information as the minor's legal guardian, and consent to the collection, use, processing and transfer of the minor's Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the consent form (to the extent required), and any applicable law.

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how Personal Information provided through the App will be processed.
2. What is Personal Information?
"Information" or "Personal Information" means "information" as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including information relating to an identified or identifiable person — including by reference to an identifier such as name, ID number, biometric identifier, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, health, economic, social or cultural identity of that person.
3. Consent and Changes
You are not legally required to provide information about yourself, and providing information is done voluntarily. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to receive the relevant services or parts thereof; for example, you may not be able to complete the registration process with the Ordering Entity.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to the collection, processing and sharing of Personal Information for the purposes set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our App.
4. Types of Personal Information Collected
We receive information from you through your use of the App and by your completing your child's details for the purpose of registering for the App and receiving services from the Ordering Entity. For purposes of using the App, you will be asked to provide, or certain information will be collected during your use of the App, such as:
- The App user's full name
- ID number
- User identifier
- Total usage duration
- Metrics: average heart rate (BPM) and maximum heart rate during use
4.1 Mobile Device Data and Technical Information
Limited technical information may be collected from your device for the proper operation of the App. This information may include:
- Device characteristics: device type, operating system, hardware model
- Technical identifiers: device ID, MAC address, advertising IDs (where available)
- Usage data: date and time stamps of App use, duration of activity, pages viewed
- Browser data: browser type, version, browser language, display settings
- Network data: IP address (which may be partially masked), requested URL, referrer pages
5. Cookies
As part of the services, we use cookies, anonymous identification files and other tracking technologies for information security, operation of the App, adapting the services to your needs, presenting personalized information, and improving your user experience. A "cookie" is a small text file that is stored on your device when you visit the App and is used, among other things, to collect information about your activity in the App, save your preferences and verify your identity.
Some cookies are operated by third parties, and information collected through them may be transferred to such parties for commercial purposes or internal purposes related to service improvement. The ability of such third parties to use the information depends on whether you registered for their services and agreed to their privacy terms.
5.1 What are cookies?

5.4 Consequences of blocking cookies
Blocking essential cookies may prevent use of certain parts of the App. Blocking functional cookies may limit the ability to remember your preferences. Blocking performance cookies will prevent the App from being improved based on usage patterns. Blocking marketing cookies will prevent personalized content but will not affect basic functionality.
5.5 Third-party cookies
The App uses third-party cookies, such as from data analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising networks, and social media platforms. These cookies may collect statistical information, tailor advertising content, and integrate external content. Their use is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
5.6 Additional tracking technologies
In addition to cookies, the App may use web beacons, pixels and tags, which may be embedded in digital content, videos or emails. These technologies enable the App and external service providers to collect information from your device, including data regarding viewing certain content, logging date and time of access, and the device's IP address. By using the App, you acknowledge the storing of these technologies on your device.
6. Google Analytics and Other Analytics Tools
The App uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to collect and analyze information regarding use of the App.
6.1 Information collected
Google Analytics collects data including: frequency and duration of visits; pages users visit; referring websites; technical characteristics of the device and browser; general geographic location; and behavioral/traffic patterns.
6.2 How the information is used
- Analysis of usage patterns and trends
- Measuring the effectiveness of features and content
- Improving the user interface and browsing experience
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Developing new features and services
6.3 Protecting your privacy
We do not combine information collected through Google Analytics with personally identifying information. The App uses IP anonymization settings. Access to collected information is limited to authorized personnel only.

7. Purposes of Collection
In addition to the purposes detailed above, the Ordering Entity may use the Personal Information collected also for the following purposes:
- To provide you with services from the Ordering Entity
- For purposes of defense in legal proceedings
8. How Personal Information Is Shared
Your information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:
- To service providers who assist in the activity for which you registered, including providers of business operation systems and electronic mailing systems.
- In the event of any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings.
- In any case where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent bodily harm or damage to property (to you or to a third party) or in connection with an investigation of suspected illegal acts.
- Where we are required by law to provide your personal details to a third party, including pursuant to a judicial order or a request from a law enforcement authority or governmental body.
In certain cases, third parties may be located outside of Israel, including in the United States. You hereby consent that information relating to you may be transferred and stored outside the borders of the country, in accordance with applicable law and for the purposes presented above.
9. Information Security
We implement customary information security measures in the App, in accordance with legal requirements, in order to protect the Personal Information we hold on behalf of the Ordering Entity and to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Although customary measures are taken to protect the information, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion or unauthorized use.

10. Your Rights and the Database Controller
The Ordering Entity is the database controller of the database containing your Personal Information. You are entitled to review the information, and if you find that the information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or not up to date, you are invited to submit a detailed request to correct or delete the information, in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedure for Appeal of Refusal of a Request to Review Information), 5741-1981.
